Creatine
Creatine is a nitrogenous organic acid that occurs in all vertebrates. Creatine can usually be synthesised from food in your diet but there is not nearly enough to reap the benefits that creatine offers. Creatine increases muscular strength and endurance by enhancing the production of intramuscular adenosine triphosphate, or ATP, which is the muscles energy source. Creatine also assists with muscular recovery by drawing more water into muscle tissue, pulling more nutrients into muscle tissue to ensure maximal recovery potential.
