Plyometric Circuit 1




Perform the circuit for 3 rounds and then rest for 2 minutes before moving on to circuit 2.


Plyometric Circuit 2




Perform the circuit for 3 rounds and then rest for 2 minutes before moving on to circuit 3.


Plyometric Circuit 3


  • Jumping Jacks (30 reps)
  • Reverse Crunch (20 reps)
  • Mountain Climbers (30 seconds)


Perform the circuit for 3 rounds and then you are done.
