Rest-pause sets:

 Use a heavy weight with which you can get no more than 6 reps. Perform 4 reps then rest for 20 seconds, then try to another 3-4, then rest 20, and then repeat for another 2 rounds.

Drop sets:

Begin using a weight with which you can just reach the designated rep range, and then drop the weight and perform more reps until you reach failure. Now drop weight one last time and perform as many reps as possible. You can drop the weight by 25% each time.
