The silly season is soon upon us and you know what that means temptation, temptation, temptation! With numerous social events, big family lunches and sweet treats constantly being paraded right in front of you, it’s really difficult to stay faithful to your diet. But instead of giving in to this tantalising mistress, rather swop the fattening to the FIT-tening.



JELLY INGREDIENTS:


  • 1x Supashape Jelly Lean
  • 500ml Water

DIRECTIONS:


Add one sachet (12g) of Supashape’s Jelly Lean to a large bowl or suitable dish.
Slowly add 100ml of room temperature water on top of the jelly powder, stirring until fully dissolved.
Add 400ml of boiling water and stir thoroughly (amount of liquid can be adjusted to meet individual consistency and taste preference).
Place in refrigerator to set.Once the jelly has almost set, you can start to make the custard.



CUSTARD AND JELLY RECIPE INGREDIENTS:


  • 2 Tbsp Custard Powder
  • 3 Tsp sweetener (xylitol, Splenda etc)
  • 2 Cups Non-Fat Milk


CUSTARD DIRECTIONS:


  • Blend the custard powder and sweetener with ¼ to a ½ cup of milk until it forms a smooth, thin, paste.
  • Stir in the remaining milk.
  • Place in the microwave on full power and heat for 30 seconds and then stir.
  • Continue to heat in short bursts of 10-20 seconds, stirring each time, until the custard has thickened and cooked.
  • Allow to cool for a few minutes.


JELLY DIRECTIONS:


  • Divide the jelly into 4 bowls (125ml each).
  • Pour ¼ of the custard over the top of each bowl.
  • And enjoy!!!
