Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cans of drained butter beans processed or blended till smooth
  • 1L of Almond Breeze unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 heaped tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp onion powder (available from Woolworths)
  • 2 tsp Oryx desert salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 3 tbsp of honey
  • 1 handful of freshly chopped Italian parsley

Instructions

  • Prepare a medium size pot with non-stick spray
  • Add all the ingredients to the pot, bring to boil over low heat while stirring regularly.
  • Cook till desired thickness
