Just because you are watching what you eat, doesn’t mean you can’t have some mouth-watering pizza. Check out this recipe and enjoy a pizza which has less than 350 calories.


INGREDIENTS – 4 SERVINGS


BASE:


500 g chicken mince
1 egg
fresh black pepper & salt

TOPPING:


2 Tablespoons Weigh-Less Chilli Pasta Topping
1/2 Onion
1 Small Bell Pepper (1/2 green, 1/2 yellow)
125 g Mushrooms
125 g Low Fat Mozzarella



DIRECTIONS:


In a mixing bowl, add the chicken mince, egg, fresh black pepper & salt and mix thoroughly.
Spray a 15-20cm baking dish with non-stick spray
Pat the mixture into the base.
Cook in a medium to hot oven for 20-30 minutes until the chicken mix has browned.
Let it cool for 5-10 minutes.
Spread the chilli pasta topping over the base.
Cover with the bell peppers, onion, mushrooms and low fat mozzarella and place back in the oven.
Cook for a further 10-15 minutes.
